The challenge of absentee fathers is one of the greatest tragedies of our nation. Only a third of South Africa’s children live with both parents. Most children either live with their mother only or with neither parents

We are building a movement of fathers and sons who lead with love, responsibility, and respect
Father’s Connect was founded in Khayelitsha with a simple but powerful mission:
to guide, support, and equip men and boys to show up confidently in their families and communities.
We do this through community-based programmes that restore dignity, strengthen fatherhood, and mentor boys into confident, emotionally aware young men.
